Green Bean Muffins 
Ingredients
Vegetable Cooking Spray
4 Cups Cooked Cut Green Beans
1 (10.75 Ounce) Can Campbell’s(R) Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 (2.8 Ounce) Can French’s(R) French Fried Onions
2 (16 Ounce) Packages Refrigerated Jumbo Buttermilk Biscuits
Directions
  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 16 (2 1/2-inch) muffin-pan cups with the cooking spray. Stir the green beans, soup, milk, 1 cup cheese and 2/3 cup onions in a large bowl.
  2. Roll each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Press the biscuit circles into the bottoms and up the sides of the muffin-pan cups. Divide the green bean mixture among the biscuit cups.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until the biscuit cups are golden brown. Stir the remaining cheese and onions in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the green bean mixture.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Let the minis cool in the pans on wire racks for 5 minutes.

Diva Tasting: Greek Chicken in Foil…

Greek Chicken in Foil
Ingredients
1 Serving Cooking Spray (optional)
4-6 Yukon Gold Potatoes, Sliced into Quartered
2 Large Onions, Sliced
Juice and Zest of Two Lemons
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
Roasting Chicken (Legs and Thighs Pre- Cut; about 6-8 each)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil, Or To Taste
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt And Ground Black Pepper To Taste
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Mix all herbs in a small bowl.
  3. Combine Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest and oil in a resealable plastic bag shake to combine.
  4. Place chicken in the resealable bag and shake to coat.
  5. Cut enough foil squares to hold each leg and thigh and vegetables individually. Layer potatoes, and onion slices in the bottom of the sprayed foil pieces.
  6. Place Oiled Chicken on each foil wrap over the evenly divided vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle Each with the herbed mixture. Wrap in the Foil packets and seal ends tightly. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven until juices run clear and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone, reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), about 1 hour.
  8. Let cool, about 10 minutes. Open foil packs carefully as steam will be hot. Serve with potato and onion mixture. Serve with Greek salad and beverage.

S’mores Bread Pudding
1 Pound Cake Cut Into Cubes
1 (14 Ounce) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Half N Half
4 Eggs, Beaten
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
1 Cup Miniature Semisweet Chocolate Chips
5 Graham Cracker Squares, Crushed
4 Tablespoons Cream
4 Tablespoons Miniature Marshmallows, Or More To Taste
4 Tablespoons Miniature Semisweet Chocolate Chips, Or More To Taste
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 square baking dish. Spread pound cake pieces out onto a baking sheet.
  2. Bake cake in the preheated oven until dry and crisp, 7 to 8 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Beat condensed milk half n half, eggs, vanilla extract, and nutmeg together in a bowl.
  4. Spread cake pieces out in the bottom of the prepared 9×13 baking dish. Pour milk mixture over cake. Scatter 1 cup marshmallows and 1 cup chocolate chips over the milk mixture; let rest until mixture is slightly soaked into bread, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center of the bread pudding comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
  6. Whisk 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons marshmallows, and 2 tablespoons chocolate chips together in a saucepan over medium heat until marshmallows and chocolate are melted and completely incorporated. Pour marshmallow mixture over bread pudding and cool, 20 to 30 minutes. Yum!

1 (8 Ounce) Package Egg Noodles
2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 (10.75 Ounce) Can Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
Kosher Salt And Pepper To Taste
Directions
  1. Prepare the egg noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  2. In a separate large skillet over medium heat, saute the ground beef over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned. Drain the fat and add the soups, water and garlic powder. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and combine the meat mixture with the egg noodles. Add the sour cream, stirring well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
6 Russet Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 Teaspoon Mild Curry Paste
Directions
  1. Pour enough oil into a frying pan to cover the bottom 1/3-inch deep; add garlic, cumin, salt, turmeric, and black pepper. Heat oil mixture over medium heat.
  2. Cook and stir potatoes in the hot oil, turning occasionally, until cooked through, golden brown, and crisp on the outside, 10 to 15 minutes. Add fresh cilantro and curry paste and stir to coat. Fry until cilantro is dark green and crisp, about 1 more minute. Remove potatoes with a slotted spoon and transfer to serving dish.
