Olive Puffs

Ingredients

  • 24 Pimento-Stuffed Green Olives

  • 1 (17.25 Ounce) Package Frozen Puff Pastry, Thawed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Cut pastry into strips about 6 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Wrap a belt of pastry around each olive. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

OR

1 Small Jar Of Olive Tapenade

1 8 Oz. Pkg Of Cream Cheese

1/4 Cup Sour Cream

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

Blend all well and spread on a double sheet of puff pastry. Roll up sheets away from you lengthwise. Cut into 1 inch rounds with a serrated knife and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
