Bacon Cheeseburger Potato Casserole


Oven 400

2 Lb Ground Beef

1 Small Onion, Chopped (1/2 Cup)

3/4 Cup Ketchup

2 Cups Cheddar Cheese

1 Bag (16 Oz) Frozen Organic Crispy Golden Tater Tots-Potatoes

1 Bag Of Real Bacon Bits

1/4 Cup Diced Dill Pickles


1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until brown; drain. Stir in ketchup.

2 Spoon beef mixture into baking dish; top with 1 Cup Cheese fold into meat mixture.

3 Meanwhile, place frozen potatoes on ungreased large cookie sheet; bake 20 minutes. Top casserole evenly with potatoes and remaining cup of cheese.

4 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and potatoes are golden brown. Sprinkle with bacon during last 5 minutes of bake time. Top with pickle slices.
