Diva Tasting-Oven, Garlic, Honey Chicken


  • 8 Lg Skinless, Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Ginger
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 3 Lg Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Teaspoon Dried Basil


  1. Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, honey, ginger, garlic, and basil together in a bowl; pour over the chicken in a zip lock bag and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Spray bottom and sided and lay chicken thighs into the bottom of a cast iron skillet or oven safe pan. Pour the remaining marinade over the top.
  3. Cook on Low (300°oven)for 6 hours.
