S’Mores Cookie Bars for 30
Graham Cracker Crust for Bar Cookies
This Recipe is for 30 (made in a 13” X 18” Jelly Roll Pan) You may halve the recipe for a 9” X 13” standard cake pan.
Oven 350° Serves 30
1 Box (14.4 oz) Graham Crackers Crushed
1 Cup Sugar
½ Cup Sweet Butter Melted
1 Lg Egg
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Place Crumbs in a food processor with butter, egg, ½ tsp Salt blend until mixture is crumbly. Press into a greased 13” X 18” Jelly Roll Pan. Bake for 9 minutes until crust is set.
2 Sm. Bags Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
When you remove the crust from the Oven place the chips evenly over the hot crust to let them melt. Set aside as you make the topping. If you wish to melt the Chips even… more place in a 300º oven for an additional 4-5 minutes until melted then cool while you make your topping.
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
½ Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tub Extra Creamy Dessert Whip Topping
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Powdered Sugar
Place all of the topping ingredients in a large bowl and beat at low speed until combined.
Spread on the cooled chocolate bar base. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and remove and serve.
