This Big bowl of deliciousness can serve as a cool summer salad or even dessert served with shortbread or butter cookies.
Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Trifle
Large Trifle Bowl or Mixing Bowl Serves 12-16
1 Bag of Miniature Marshmallows
16 Oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I use the Low Carb)
1 Reg Tub Cool Whip Extra Creamy
1 Pkg Cheesecake Instant Pudding (made to direction)
2 Cups Cold Milk or Half n Half to mix pudding
1 Box Instant Cheesecake (usually in pudding isle of the grocery)
1 Box Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Containers of Sliced Strawberries
3 Bananas Sliced
Prepare pudding. Then pour cheesecake mix, yogurt, prepared pudding and cool whip into a large bowl. Fold together and then fold in marshmallows. Then gently stir in sliced strawberries and sliced bananas. Note: I make it the night before and keep in the refrigerator. I do not slice and add bananas until I am ready to put in trifle bowl.
About 1 hour before serving, remove from refrigerator, layer in a large Trifle Bowl or Serving Bowl. Layer several cups of mixture, smooth over bottom of bowl. Cover with a layer of graham cracker crumbs; another layer of cheesecake mixture and graham crackers until used up. Top with a final layer of graham cracker crumbs.
VARIATION: For variation add 1 cup of pineapple chunks (Drained)and 1 cup of finely chopped walnuts to the cheesecake mix when you add the other fruits.
