1 Round Fresh Brie
1 Can Crescent Dough
4-5 Tbsp Raspberry or Apricot Jam
Place parchment on a baking sheet spray with cooking spray. Place the crescent dough flat on the parchment. Place the Brie round in the middle of the dough. Drop 4-5 Tbsp of Jam on top. Wet the edges of the pastry and gently fold around the brie round. Cut off any excess once the dough is tightly sealed around the cheese. Bake at 375• for about 20 minutes until dough is golden brown. Place on a decorative cheese platter with water table crackers, grapes and other fresh fruit. Add a cheese knife to serve.
VARIATION: You may also want to put chunks in small tart shells and dab on the jam and bake till cheese is melted.
