7 Healthy Habits-Rule 3

Rule 3 in our seven healthy habits discussion is take your probiotics.  A healthy gut is a healthy body.  There is no better way to keep all system go than keeping the right healthy bacteria in the system.  Raw organic foods are full of the “right stuff”.  Also organic Greek yogurt and other probiotics on the market keep us healthy and glowing.

Research and find the best and easiest food and supplements to your system/tastes.  You will not be sorry.
