Serving Size 2 Tablespoons; Serves 8

This Queenly divine Asian inspired sauce is good as a dipping sauce, marinate, dressing you decide.  It is versatile and has an addictively pleasing sweet and sour flavor. You will need a medium size jelly jar or something with a tight lid for mixing.

First make a simple syrup using 1/2 Cup of Water and 1/2 Cup of Sugar.  Place in a small pot and simmer until sugar is melted. Let cool.

4 Tbsp.            Fresh Lime

4 tsp.               Fish Sauce

2 tsp.               Low Sodium Soy

2 Tbsp.            White or Rice Vinegar

4 Med.             Garlic Cloves Minced

1 Tbsp.            Ginger Minced

1 sm.               Thai chile, thinly sliced

When the simple sugar is still warm place remaining ingredients in the jar with the simple sugar and shake well.

Will refrigerate for 5 days. You may also reserve some in a freezer safe container for later.  This can be used as a dipping sauce, condiment, marinate. it is good over shredded cabbage for Asian slaw.  Think about marinating your chicken or seafood with this deliciousness.  I’ve used it as a baste for grilling kebabs.
